RETURNS POLICY – MBL WEAR

Your title

We hope you love your MBL Wear order, but if something doesn’t fit or feel right, we’re here to help. Returns are accepted for store credit only within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not offer direct exchanges or refunds.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To qualify for a return and store credit:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• All tags and labels must remain attached.
• Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other signs of wear.
• The package must include the original invoice or order number for reference.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

We cannot accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized products, including embroidery, printed logos, or name customization.
• Sale or discounted items.
• Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date.
• Products with signs of wear or damage.

HOW TO START A RETURN

If you would like to return an item, please email us at mbl.wear.usa@gmail.com and include:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return (optional).
Once your request is reviewed, our team will send you detailed return instructions and a shipping label (TTN).
After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email with your store credit details.

STORE CREDIT

•Store credit will be issued once the returned items have been received and approved.
• Credits do not expire and can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for processing once the package is received.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

All customized products (embroidery, printed names, logos, or made-to-order pieces) are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
